Developing Process Maps for respective BIM Uses and identifying responsible parties for each activity within a process map.
Preparation of document/s titled Employer’s Information Requirement (EIR), Model Production Delivery Table (MPDT)/ LOD Matrix, in accordance with International Standards (PAS 1192:2013/ ISO19650).
Preparation of pre-contract BIM Execution Planning templates, supplier’s capability assessment forms, assisting in responding to BIM related pre-bid queries and in preparation of post-contract BIM Execution Plan.
Review of existing contract documents for their adequacy in defining BIM requirements, highlighting anomalies and suggesting necessary improvements.
Identifying department-wise BIM related training requirements.
